We're looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience working within nurseries or Early Years settings
- Hold a CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (desirable, not essential)
- Have an outgoing personality and can build meaningful relationships with pupils and staff
- Are proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's development
